I am a project management professional with more than a decade’s worth of experience managing U.S. Government and private foundation-funded programs supporting democracy, governance, and human rights. In my career, I have had the privilege of leading programs addressing challenges ranging from of advancing the rule of law in Central Asia to protecting freedom of religion or belief in Southeast Asia. I am an experienced trainer and facilitator, leading sessions on effective community needs assessments, sustainability planning, and the international framework for freedom of religion or belief. I am an excellent writer, leading technical writing for the proposal development and reporting process throughout my career.

I am also an avid cyclist and baker, and the subject of two cats and a dog (oh and also my husband)! I am passionate about what I do, and believe fundamentally in the transformative role that we can play in our communities, even in the face of strong social or governmental headwinds.
